Relationship
advice books are designed to get your romance off on the right page.
There are many books available that will provide a good read on any and all aspects
of relationships. We’ve found a few that you should be aware of and listed
them below. Not every book will hold the advice you seek, so you need to find
one that suits your needs and is written in a voice that speaks to you. With
a little time, and some poking about, you are bound to find a relationship advice
book that will better any and all romance in your life!
Relationship Rescue: It’s Dr. Phil McGraw to the rescue in this book on
how to save a romance on the rocks. In this relationship advice book, McGraw
outlines a seven-step strategy to help put your love back on track. He asks
couples to take the “risk of intimacy” and takes a traditional approach
to helping you connect the dots. And who can’t use a little relationship
advice from Dr. Phil?
Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus: This is a classic relationship
advice book from Dr. John Gray. Gray is a relationship counsellor and psychotherapist
so he should have some interesting insight worth paying attention to. He examines
the differences between relationships and how couples need to accept their differences
if they are to make love work. Check this one out if you need an explanation
as to why men go to their caves and women go to the well to sort out relationship
issues.
Rebuilding: When your Relationship Ends: Bruce Fisher and Dr. Robert E. Alberti
focus on recovering from the end of a major relationship. Although this advice
book focuses on divorce, the principals can be applied to any romance. Getting
back on your feet can be difficult, but there is advice out there to ease the
transition.
Rekindling the Romance: Loving the Love of Your Live: Dennis Rainey, Barbara
Rainey and Bob DeMoss collaborate to bring you this relationship advice book
that focuses on rebuilding and renewing the greatest romance of your life. They
take a Christian approach, covering all areas from intimacy to dealing
with children and coping with the strain of daily life. The book is written
in short chapters based on the bible.
Relationships for Dummies: Dr. Kate M. Wachs brings light to relationships in
this simple-minded step-by-step advice book. Wachs is a psychologist and matchmaker
and uses her insight to tackle topics such as identifying healthy and unhealthy
relationships, enjoying your sex life, working through relationship problems
and finding the good in every romance. She also looks at subjects such as knowing
when you’ve found the right partner, nurturing intimacy and cohabitating.
When it comes to relationship advice books, the Dummies guide is the layman’s
bible.
Finding a great relationship advice book should be a relatively easy
task. With it by your side, you’ll find that problems have solutions
and you’ll see that love is a way of life that can be sculpted to your
desires. Relationships are the best part of living so don’t get caught
in a romantic situation unprepared.
