Check this one out if you need an explanation as to why men go to their caves and women go to the well to sort out relationship issues.

Rebuilding: When your Relationship Ends: Bruce Fisher and Dr. Robert E. Alberti focus on recovering from the end of a major relationship. Although this advice book focuses on divorce, the principals can be applied to any romance. Getting back on your feet can be difficult, but there is advice out there to ease the transition.
