Can Everlasting Love Begin With A One-Night Stand?
The idea of everlasting love is a very romantic one and the thought that it can blossom from a one-night stand seems to be a far-fetched idea. Nevertheless, I'm a firm believer that love can come from the most unexpected places, so it's not that impossible. Sometimes I think about the many hot babes I've gone out with and wonder if the love of my life has already passed me by. There were times when I felt a certain connection with some of the beautiful singles I've met on sex dating sites and had the urge to explore the possibility of starting a long-term relationship. I'd like to think it was only some kind of loving lust, but I can't help but think, what if it wasn't? Unfortunately, the unspoken rules of one-night stands dictate that I must refrain from doing things that we haven't previously agreed upon.
Thinking about the could have beens and might have beens, I feel like I've missed out on a lot of potential long-term partners. I'm not going so far as to say that one of those girls could have been my everlasting love, but who knows? Maybe one of the beautiful chicks I've had the pleasure of having an erotic encounter with is someone I would have liked to spend the rest of my life with. If only I didn't think about the stupid rules of one-night affairs every time. If only I took the time to get to know a sexy babe that interests me a lot better instead of walking out the door. If only…
Just like they say, there's no use crying over spilled milk. The best thing to do is try not to make the same mistake again so as not to have regrets over something you thought you should have done. That is exactly the kind of state I'm in right now. I really don't know what brought about this sort of epiphany. Maybe it's because I'm getting to the point when the thought of finally settling down is becoming more appealing. Although, the thrill of fooling around between the sheets with different sexy ladies every time is something I'll find hard to give up. It would be very well worth it if I ended up sharing an everlasting love with the girl of my dreams.
