Crazy Single Affluent Americans
Besides the movement to free Nelson Mandela, the movement to free Winona Ryder (arrested for drug possession and shoplifting) was one of the most stirring moments in human history (please, please understand that was sarcasm). With Paris Hilton getting off virtually scot-free and lunatics like Michael Richards and Mel Gibson copping to alcohol abuse and thereby also avoiding some jail time, affluent American celebrities have never seemed more above the law. We all know about wealthy dating sites, but isn't it about time for a new dating niche? Maybe wealthy lunatic celebrities dot com? Their garish behaviour might keep them in the spotlight, but these outlandish celebrities need lovin' just like the rest of us.
Imagine the life of someone like Charlie Sheen. Now imagine how much simpler his life would become with a resource page that caters specifically to his needs. Ol' Charlie will never have to feel ashamed about going on week-long blackout bender, not with his new Wealthy Lunatic Celebrities account up and running! Charlie, Mad Mel, Lindsey Lohan, Tara Reid and all of their little hangers-on will no longer have to worry about making dating small talk, trying to gloss over their personality defects/horrifying scandals of the week while they woo their dates. The site could have personalized features like "Favorite Rehab Clinic", and "Non-life-threatening Mental Disorders." Best of all, the Wealthy Lunatic Celebrities page would winnow out the weak of heart - everybody signed up to this account would know exactly what they're getting into.
Many of you might be thinking, "Aren't wealthy celebrities kind of a hot item, regardless of how crazy they are? Who WOULDN'T jump at the chance to date Lohan/Sheen/etc?" What ought to be emphasized is the fact the lunatic celebrity crowd may not want to date someone who's solely chasing after their money (or some residual fame of their own). Being Mr or Ms Moneybags is hard enough without people trying to dip their hands into the bank account. Lunatics frequently date lunatics, and this service would be vital to improving the wealthy lunatic celebrity community.
So step up the plate, Lavalife! It's high time that the rich and insane (and richly insane) had their own niche dating sites! Practically every other possible community has got representation -now is the time for the rich and infamous to get their share of the online dating action!
