Dating's Dark Clouds
I wonder what people think when they send you an email and you don’t get back to them right away. I’m in the process of dealing with that right now. I’ve been at a conference for a week and I know there’re emails waiting for me. I popped by to check them but, as per usual, there’s nothing there that requires any immediate attention.
Now I’m sure some people would say this isn’t such a problem. If you’re not interested enough to get back to someone immediately, they’re probably not a good match to begin with, right? This is true, but I respond to everyone that writes and I’d hate to have someone feeling bad because I’m too busy to send a simple letter. Maybe I’m just being overly sensitive. All I know is that I’m dreading having to write the ones that are there and I hate having any dark clouds hanging over my online dating. Love is supposed to be fun. This certainly isn’t.
