There was a sink in the bathroom out for six months, showers that never seem to get fixed, holes in the wall, cracked mirrors, terrible front desk staff (okay, only half of them are missing a personality and common social skills) and rusty old spinning bikes that should be sent to the dump before someone kills themselves on them. I worked out a month ago on a tricept press that had no back cushion – and it doesn’t have one a month later! There are no sings or anything - just broken equipment that you're supposed to use! I joined there a year ago shortly after moving to a new area. They’re the closest club by far and the only other is an executive club that costs over twice the price. I would join the executive if there if their workout floor was a bit better equipped! Anyway, so my yearly renewal comes up. After a year, you’re supposed to go monthly and have the ability to cancel at any time. Well, they surprise me and tell me because I paid in full up front, they can’t do anything for me. I have to sign a new contract with a credit card! Now I’m not going any place and they would have got another year’s worth out of me anyway, but they completely missed the boat. They may have grabbed $400 worth of my cash for 12 months that they were going to get anyway, but they are going to get thousands of dollars worth of bad press until the day I die because they are the worst run, piece of crap company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. If you ever find yourself in the area and are looking for a place to join, do the right thing and join any other club you can find because Premiere is the derriere of the workout world.
