Flirting And The Italian Man
Before I met my girlfriend in college, I tried many ways to meet and possibly get into a relationship with a girl. Well, there's the "we-share-interests" approach, but that only works if you do share interests with the girl (and it's hard to find a girl in a bar with a passion for computer games). There's also the "let-me-buy-you-a-drink" approach, which doesn't really work, but I've never tried using a cheesy pick-up line just to get a girl's attention. You know, "Is your dad a terrorist? Because you're the bomb baby!" That's just pathetic. However, I learned how to be a good flirt when I became buddies with an Italian man that I met in class.
They say Italian men have it all down when it comes to flirting. That's probably why there are a lot of women who are fantasizing about Italian dating. Unlike some Asian men, Italian guys are extroverts and they do not rely on their looks alone when they flirt (even though they are very blessed in that area). They are not afraid to stand up and say "ciao bella" to a woman as she passes by. I think this is important because one must stand up and be confident to say hi to someone he's interested in. Italian men aren't shy.
Another thing I've learned from the Italians is that they know how to take care of their looks. Have you tried eating lunch with an Italian in Italy? Lunch consists of cold hams and salami for starters, pasta for the first course, meat or fish for the second course, a vegetable side dish and dessert, yet they manage to look like Michelangelo's David. Women say they prefer intelligent men, but everybody knows that a guy with a hot body and an intelligent brain is irresistible. Italians keep the weight off by balancing quality and quantity and they stop eating when they're full.
When it comes to flirting, the Latin guy is the only one to rival the Italian man. Aside from their sexy accents, both use their eyes whenever they flirt. A Latin man would look at a girl like she's a sexy woman while an Italian man looks at her like she's the most beautiful woman in the room, maintaining eye contact as if he's looking into her soul. A woman feels the lust growing inside her when she's with a Latin man, but she feels she is loved when she's with an Italian.
With all the lessons I learned from my Italian friend, I was able to score dates easily. To score more dates, one must really look up to Italian men for they are the masters when it comes to flirting. Hopefully, those who learn from them will learn to use their power for good and not for evil.
