Going Gaga Over Single Parent Date Sites

Dating Sites for Single Parents!Being an evil jerk and not having a rugrat of my own, yet, whenever I'm around my friend and his adorably cute, little angel, I like to do exactly two things. The first is to give her lots and lots of sugary snacks, while the second is to remind him that I never have to change any diapers. So after giving his daughter a lollipop three sizes bigger than her head, I asked how he managed to handle things on his own. He answered that thanks to all the single parent date sites he'd joined, he was usually too busy to remember what it's like to raise a tyke by himself. Naturally, I asked if dating sites for single parents were covered in upchuck stains and had shrill screams as the page's background music.

On a more serious note, I was kind of surprised that thre were even online personals targeted specifically at promoting single parent romance. When I asked if they were any good, he told me that, thanks to the single parent date sites, he was able to organize play dates at least twice a week (Here's where the apple of his eye began shouting "play date!" over and over for the next two solid hours). I scoffed, thinking that could never lead anywhere serious because they'd both be too busy minding the little ones to have any fun, but he disagreed.

He said that there are many single parent meet and greets on these outings. That way, if they hit it off , they schedule another one. If not, at least the brats (my word, not his) got to have some fun. The third play date tends to be where the adults get to know each other a bit more personally while the babysitters take care of the bed times, toys and crying. There, he says he gets to remember what life was like before his little lady entered his life. So I guess single parent date sites actually do the trick and I was quite glad to hear he was socializing again. I didn't say this out loud, of course, because I was now silently making my exit so as to avoid changing his daughter's diaper.
