How important is a profile?
Pictures are the first thing anyone ever looks at in a dating profile. With little else left, what people have written comes second. What I want to know is what percentage of people actually read what’s written, how much stock these people put into what they read and how much effort they put into writing their own profiles. I was hit up today by a woman who stole a previous profile I had written and was now using it as her own.
She clearly thinks it’s important to have a thorough profile but seem to lack the energy to write one of her own. If you think it’s that important, put the time in! Love is the most important game in town and if you don’t have the stones to step to the plate, it says you don’t have the substance worth stopping for.

I've known people who did not have a picture but had great responses based on their profile. however most people still determine whether to meet someone based on the strenght of their profile as well as the picture. After all; if there is no physical attraction, you need to have a lot of patience to find out if there is any other attraction.
