I'm That Guy
What a mean couple of weeks it’s been around here. My laptop—which is my life—went awry, and left my plunking away on a friend’s machine. This is bad enough, but I use it for work. When it crashes, I have to transfer files and setup programs. There’s lost time there. Then add on a much slower machine. Then add emails that begin to pile up in your inbox that you have no time to respond to. Then look around and see the dating disaster that has befallen you—errrr, I mean me?
I am that guy who doesn’t respond to emails. I’m that rude bastard who goes as far as to write ‘I respond to everyone that writes” but doesn’t. I am… a liar! I don’t like it when people do it to me so I feel bad about doing it to others. I guess I should quit yapping here and get back to it, eh? This is justified procrastination at its best!
