Looking Forward To Meeting Arab Girls In Morocco
When I was 16 years old, I promised myself that I would go and visit Morocco before I died. The idea of me wearing a djellaba while eating couscous in Marrakech is what drove me to start saving money for the trip. Now that I'm older, my goal is to go on a gastronomic adventure from Marrakech to Casablanca. Second on my to-do list, is to see Talitha Getty's infamous "Pleasure Palace." Third is to check out the Arab girls living in this wonderful country. With how much I'm earning and spending now, I'll finally be able to visit Morocco by next year.
I've always been curious about Morocco and Arab women. For starters, its been bugging me why I don't know any famous models who are from this country. I mean, we're swarming with Brazilian models and African models that can be found almost anywhere. Most Arab models I know hail from Lebanon and the only Moroccan celebrity I know is a football player named Youssouf Hadji. I know Moroccan women are beautiful and they always look fabulous dressed in their caftans and exotic jewelry, so I won't be surprised if someone from Rabat or Essaouira emerges to become a top model soon.
So what do I do first once my plane lands? I intend to start my adventure by finding a cute Arab female who can help me so I won't get lost. I know I can just hire a female tour guide, but I need someone who'll show me where to eat and how to eat a particular dish. Maybe I could even go as far as try Arab dating while I'm there. I dream about her and I sipping green mint tea in the afternoon or eating tagine makfoul at night by candlelight, how romantic. She could even teach me how to speak a few words in Berber or Arabic. She might convince me not to leave at all.
I can't wait to go on leave next year. I'll be bringing my journal to record my experiences, a few clothes to wear (since I'll be buying and wearing mostly djellabas), my hard-earned cash to spend and nothing else. If my trip there turns out well, then I might just follow Getty's example of moving there. Perhaps I'll start my very own Pleasure Palace once I'm settled in.
