Nostalgic For Beautiful Spanish Women
One of the best experiences I've ever had was the year I spent living in Barcelona. I miss the delicious paella and strolling down Park Guell. The things I miss the most are the great people I met while studying in Pompeu Fabra and the beautiful Spanish women who I spent nights with in my small apartment. Well, if I could go back in time I would relive all the moments I had there studying, waiting tables at La Fonda del Port Olimpic restaurant and going out for tapas with those hot Spanish girls. Oh, how I long for those days when I was into the Latin dating scene in that festive city..
Aside from olives and Seville oranges, Spain has produced some of the world's most beautiful women. For starters, Penelope Cruz and Paz Vega both hail from Spain. Top models Ines Sastre and Eugenia Silva also comes from Spain. I may not have met women who look exactly like them, but I did have a couple of Spanish girlfriends during my stay.
Tara and Luisa were stunning Spanish girls. I met Tara in class and she introduced me to her best friend Luisa. They have beautiful smiles and I'm drawn to both of them not just because they're hot, they both were really well-dressed and presented themselves well. Tara would mix pieces from Sita Murt and Julie Sohn with French designer pieces while I'd see Luisa wear something from Custo Barcelona mixed with something from Robert Cavalli. I enjoyed hanging out with these beautiful Spanish women as we go from one tapas bar to the next every weekend. We would watch some flamenco dancers at Park Guell first before having a late dinner. After eating and taking a stroll around town, we'd end the night by having a hot cup of chocolate and some tasty churros.
I dated Tara for a while before I left for home. Well, we know I won't be returning to Barcelona so we just ended it peacefully and our relationship receded to what I would call "a good friendship between exes." Our romance story may not be what you'll find in a romance novel, but we did have a really great time. We still communicate and she's happy that I'm currently dating someone. In fact, I'm really happy for her now that she married my buddy Ramon who I waited tables with back in La Fonda. This is how things should go between exes, one being happy for the other if they're with someone new. No dramatics, just two people who've moved on and are looking towards the future with or without someone new.
