Online Dating In Canada
It may not be the best time of year to make a trip north of the border and visit my friends in Montreal, but there's an underlying, or some may say "subversive" reason why I want to make the trek. I've heard pretty good things about online dating in Canada and from what my buddies tell me, Montreal is the place to go to find some hotties. Of course, all of the normal preparations need to be made, but checking out some local dating sites is an absolute must.
After all, I wouldn't want to hop off the train and find myself, "out in the cold" as it were, with no idea where to pick up some fine Canucks of the female persuasion. From what I've heard, they pretty much hibernate this time of year and when they do come out, it's brief and they've got so many layers on, I could very well be checking out an ugly guy and not a sexy babe!
Given the difference in population, I thought that online dating in Canada would be a challenge. Nothing could be further from the truth. There are loads of sexy singles online and perhaps it's exactly because everyone is bundled up in front of their computers and space heaters that winter is babe hunting season, especially in this country.
I've been on too many dates only to discover that the information provided on profiles is further from the truth than Vancouver is from Toronto, and there's no reason to believe that online dating in Canada is any different. Since I'll only be there for a couple of weeks, I certainly wouldn't want to spend my time on a wild moose chase trying to find a hot Canadian girl. Alas, as all my guy friends are single as well, I kind of doubt they're going to be of much help, so local dating sites seem to be my best bet.
