Online Dating Kiss of Death
Have you ever wondered if your enthusiasm for online dating was perhaps the kiss of death for a relationship? I have. Having been online four almost half a decade, I’ve leaned the ins and outs of the dating game. I have a pretty good sense of how a profile should look and feel and what needs to be done to maximize my overall return. Part of the process requires you to log in frequently.
I work at a computer all day, so it’s easy. Rarely do I spend any time there. It’s just a quick log in and log out, but that puts my face in front of anyone who happens to be searching for ”Caucasian male, 30 years old in the area of Toronto.” Yet, as I make my rounds, I start to see the same faces over and over again. I often wonder if they’re in the same boat as me and are wise to the ways the online dating world works, or whether they’re tragically spending a vast portion of their day searching, in vain, for love. Certainly, I do look at some of these people and think they fall into the latter category. The constant shoppers are a worry. It can be a terrible sign for someone to be constantly out of love but on the prowl. Here’s hoping that this appearance isn’t the kiss of death for me.

the fact that any people are now based behind a pc all day and have access to the internet is great for keeping an eye on your dating inbox. The feacture of chat rooms shwing who is online is great as you can chat straight away and get to now that person quickly rather than lots of timely emails. I have had two relationships from online sites so far, like all relatinships there meant to work or not so we keep on trying..
