Reese and Ryan Call It Quits
It’s the end of an era for New-Hollywood royalty. Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe have decided to call it quits. Despite not being a huge fan of either’s work, although Witherspoon’s portrayal of June Cash in Walk the Line was ever-so-endearing, they had magnetism as a couple. They are young, blonde (this matters somehow) and talented. They made a dynamic duo that Batman and Robin would have been jealous of.
Yet it seems that no matter how many trips to the bat cave they could make, Reese and Ryan weren’t meant for a lifetime together. They were together for about eight years after meeting at Witherspoon’s birthday party in 1997. Over the course of their relationship, they had two children, Ava, 7, and Deacon, 3. One can imagine that those eight years built a connection that will be there till the end. The question remains: who will we see them dating next? I don’t know that any of the dating sites rated on Cupids Reviews will be harboring them any time soon, but if they do appear, send us a quick heads up. That’s one scoop of new love we’d like to see two helpings of!
