Getting A Shy Christian To Break Out Of Her Shell
I haven't been out on a date in a few weeks now, so I thought I'd take a look at a Christian dating site I had some luck with on Saint Patrick's Day. I met someone who seems really cool, but she's such a shy Christian that we still haven't met up in person yet. Looking Past The Thick Religious Girls
My friend is always telling me to be weary when it comes to Christian personals because he insists that they're all crazy or ignorant. That's definitely a sweeping generalization and he should be ashamed of himself for making it, but the reason he does so is because both he and I have come across some pretty thick religious girls in the past. While my friend has given up on dating anybody who isn't an atheist, I like to take things one person at a time.

Why I Pine For Beautiful Religious Women
A lot of the time, I'll hear friends, both male and female, warning me to stay away from beautiful religious women. They'll say "these gals are only married to God" and will therefore never put me or my needs first. Some see this as a real relationship breaker, but I tend to view that spiritual dedication as a testament to their sense of character and self-worth. It takes real strength to firmly stand by one's beliefs these days, so I know when I find someone applying that resolve to their faith, they'll also be powerful lovers for me, both in body and in soul. It's for that reason that I often find myself checking out Christian dating sites.

What To Do With A Christian Tease? Nothing.
After three weeks of dating a Catholic girl, I've managed to make it to first base and it doesn't look like my chances of hitting a home run any time soon are very good. This chick is a real Christian tease. I guess I should have anticipated this, but when chatting on one of the Christian dating sites I came across, she never mentioned her desire to wait so long. Most guys looking for some casual sex would probably never even check out dating site devoted to Christian singles, but there's just something so sweet and innocent about this girl that drives me wild.

An Atheist's Fear Of Dating A Christian Girl
When it comes to dating, I never discriminate. I've dated Asians and I've dated Spanish girls when I lived in Barcelona. I'm also looking forward to dating black girls. Although I'm open-minded about dating, I've always had reservations when it comes to dating a Christian girl. It's not the fear of getting struck by lightning should I do something inappropriate (since I'm a gentleman), it's what they might do once they find out that I'm an atheist.

The term Christian Angels is quite a loaded one in the dating world. Angel is a well-known way to refer to cute, sweet and sexy girls that come across as kind, pure and a bit innocent. It is also well-known, well beyond the dating world, that appearances can be deceiving. So, sometimes these angelic-looking sweeties can actually be real devils either in a good way (in the sack) or in a bad way (personality-wise). Good Christian Singles Aren't Hard To Find
Although Christianity constitutes the majority of the world's organized religions, many Christian singles still find it hard to find a compatible partner warranting the need for online Christian dating resources. Come to think of it, Christianity may have a many followers but it is a faith so divided over different religious ideologies that it is broken up into many different sects and denominations. I can't help but think, how come they have different systems of beliefs and practices when all of them base their teachings on a single book? I guess that's what makes it hard for Christian singles to find someone, who shares their beliefs outside of their congregations.

Love is obviously something that isn't easy to understand let alone define. While today it is frequently associated with words like romance and commitment, the traditional definition of Christian love stems from the old Greek word "agape" and refers to charity and loving your neighbor and God. Maybe the story is really not that old. I suppose that pretty Christian women have been around for a long time, but atheists and agnostics are a fairly recent phenomenon. Anyone who is actively dating will find that there is an incredibly wide variety of individuals to choose from. This is, obviously, not a big surprise, as there are as many individuals in our world as there are snowflakes on a blistery winter's day. Nevertheless, it can still make one wonder about how people came to be the who they are. Lessons Learned from a Christian Angel
The best break-up I have ever had was with a Catholic gal. I should say right off the bat that her strong religious attitudes and my secular stubbornness were main factors behind the failed relationship. However, her beliefs also played a key role in determining her behavior during the break up, which gave me a new perspective on Christian dating, not to mention a new respect for this particular Christian angel.

Who Are The Best Christian Babes?
Outside of the political circles, there seems to be a somewhat limited representation of Christian babes in pop culture. Christian women are frequently power-brokers with a lot of sway with lawmakers and civic leaders, but it seems (again, according to pop culture) that Christian women aren't the sex symbols that their opponents in the liberal/secular/devil worshipping sects. There is no doubt that attractive, and yes, sexy Christian women are out there (why else would there be a market for Christian dating). But the whole sexiness thing seems to run counter to certain Christians beliefs (such as that whole "lust is a deadly sin" thing). Let's see about who the best Christian babes are these days...

A Religious Fantasy
Cynicism is the name of the game when it comes to the 21st Century, at least for a lot of us city slickers. It's easy and comforting to hide behind a nice, thick duvet of cynicism to help the daily stress of the average day drift by. The Big Disdain applies to a lot of the dating world as well - it's easy to forget about lofty romantic ideals when and if you're going on one too many bad dates. Maybe a healthy dose of idealism or lofty beliefs would get some of us out of this snarky stupor. While I'm not practicing, sometimes I wish that I had continued to follow my religious background, if for nothing else than the solid community that comes along with it. It's a religious fantasy which also applies to dating - the Christian dating community is as strong as God's will, and they seem to be having a good time.

My Search for Religious Honeys
Christian dating ideas are plentiful these days. The church is still one of the primary places to meet people, as wholesome as church service can be. After all, when you're amongst your congregation you can be sure that, if nothing else, your would-be partner shares a similar faith. Church service remains incredibly formal however, although that formality tends to weed out creepy single guys on the prowl for religious honeys (the formality of church is not a rock solid screening system however - there are definitely some creepy gents who make up for their lack of likeability with determination).
