Dating A Deaf Woman

Spending Time With A Beautiful Deaf Woman!I recently went on a date with a deaf woman which went a lot better than I was expecting it to, especially considering all the issues we ran into. Part of it was my own fault, because I was focusing too much on the communication barrier instead of focusing on how beautiful and funny she is. Other factors were out of my control, but if she were less understanding, she would have ripped me a new one for them anyway. Long story short, I'm glad I accidentally signed up for that dating site for the hearing impaired.

Dating A Deaf Tease

Read My Lips!Last week marked my friend's 30th birthday. Next week marks my one-year anniversary at my current job. Tonight marks my next attempt to have a successful date with a major deaf tease. My friend met her on one of those dating sites for deaf people. After things didn't work out, he decided to introduce her to me.

Deaf Man For A Day

Dating For The Hearing ImpairedIt's common knowledge among my friends that I meet and date a lot of beautiful women. Whenever my buddies and I get together, they always ask me about my latest romantic escapades. Last weekend was no exception and this time around, I decided to regale them with tales of my deaf dating experience that my sister set up. It was a blind date with a cute deaf girl who left an impression on me because of her many accomplishments and the way she lived a full life despite of her handicap. They all agreed that it was an interesting date. One of my friends joked that I probably wouldn't last a day if I woke up and discovered I was a deaf man. Not one to back off from a challenge even though it was meant as a joke, I'll prove to them that I can. They just shrugged their shoulders and said I had had too many beers.

A Blind Date With A Cute Deaf Girl

Blind Date With A Deaf Babe!I'm not much of a fan of blind dates, so when my sister paired me up with one of her friends I was very reluctant. However, since she has a way of tugging at my heart strings, I finally gave in and agreed. After giving me the girl's name, which is Karen, and the place where we're supposed to meet up, she hurriedly left but paused at the door for a moment. She said something I couldn't really understand, but it sounded something like 'deaf dating, which didn't make much sense to me at the time. It never occurred to me that my sister was setting me up with her cute deaf girl friend.

Striking Out With A Deaf Hottie

Meeting A Deaf Babe!People always ask me why I look online for dates instead of hitting the bar scene. I tell them that while bars are a great place to hang out with friends or even bring a date, they lack something extremely helpful that I now find almost essential when trying to meet someone new: details in advance. If anyone doesn't see the importance of that, then I tell them the story of my friend who got shot down royally by a deaf hottie, who was waiting for her date that she had met on a deaf dating site.

Beautiful Deaf Ladies And Other Strangers You Meet Online

Beautiful Deaf Ladies And Other Strangers! There are a lot of problems with the Internet. It's getting hard to tell the difference between real content and shameless, thinly veiled advertising. It's becoming increasingly difficult to search for things, because keywords are constantly being appropriated. That said, it's still a great tool that's becoming increasingly integral to most of our daily lives. One great quality of online communication is that it can put people who wouldn't otherwise meet in contact with each other. Dating sites are a really good way to meet new people, and just about anyone can find their match. There are, for example, deaf dating sites where you can meet beautiful deaf ladies.

Chatting With A Beautiful Deaf Girl

Chatting With A Beautiful Deaf Girl!I used to think that relationships are hard enough without signing up for something that already has any extra challenges. I'm rather embarrassed to admit it now, but I was pretty worried about my friend when he told me he'd met a beautiful deaf girl. He met her on a deaf dating site and they really hit it off.

A Pretty Deaf Girl Explains Music

Pretty Deaf Girl Explains MusicYou never know when you're going to be completely blown away on a date. The first time it happened to me, I was a bit younger than I am now and, to my credit, a little more open-minded about dating. I guess it might even be better to say that I wasn't as set in my ways. For a short time, I dated a pretty deaf girl who was absolutely marvelous. I didn't meet her on a deaf dating site, in fact, I'm not even sure they existed back then. We went to the same school and when we met, we hit it off right away.

Chatting With A Shy Deaf Guy

Chatting With A Shy Deaf Guy!Despite all my bad experiences with chat sites, I continue to converse online. The reason is simple. It's an incredible method of filtering out people who have nothing to say. It takes only a couple of minutes, sometimes even seconds, to realize a guy's only interested in sex and has no interest in getting to know you or engaging in conversation of substance. More recently, I met a guy who turned out to be quite interesting and deaf. Turns out the Internet is a fantastic tool for deaf dating. Shy deaf guys like him can meet gals without worrying about communication getting in the way of first contact.

Sweet Deaf Guys

Sweet Deaf Guys!I knew a non-deaf person who dated a person with a hearing impediment. There's nothing terribly unusual about that of course - it would hardly be noteworthy, but it was still funny to observe the fact that this couple enjoyed better communication than most couples who enjoy full hearing faculties. There was a deep bond between my friend and her hearing impaired boyfriend that transcended the differing abilities - it's not like Friend X was surfing deaf dating sites to pick up sweet deaf guys. It was breathtaking watching the courtship between these two however - love doesn't necessarily need words to express itself.

Is deaf love real love?

Deaf Love!I've lived in a variety of different cities over the years, Montreal Canada being one of them. When I first moved there (and when I didn't speak a word of French), I remarked to a Montrealer friend that I was really interested in dating a French girl, regardless of the language barrier. My friend made some sarcastic comment that that's how she met and married her (nonexistent) Slobovian husband. There's some truth to her sarcastic little comment - in the movies and books, people from other sides of the planet meet and fall in love without uttering a word that either of hem can understand. It caused me to wonder whether deaf love actually exists. I'm not talking about deaf dating - I'm talking about love that transcends language. Can two people who don't speak a word of each other' language actually communicate in a non-verbal way?
