What I really learned from my Jewish Sweety
I'm not just someone who gives advice or doles out information. I also know how to take it and frequently seek it out. This trait guides me not only when I'm thinking about how to meet dates online, but also when I'm on a date myself. As such, I try to satisfy my lust for information by trying to learn something new from everyone I date. Sometimes I get gems, while other times I get some information I already knew and politely seem to act interested in as I just focus on the rest of the evening or the relationship. The Jewish sweety, one of the many Jewish singles online, that I met and had a date with last week most certainly offered the former.
The gems I look for aren't things you can read in just any book or TV show. They're not information that can be gleaned by talking to just anyone. The gem I learned from this Jewish honey was no different, in fact it was one of the better bits I've received since I started looking for them.
Just what was it, you may ask? Well, it wasn't the difference between the Ashkanazi and the Sephardi (learned that one from Wikipedia) or anything else about the history of the Jewish people. It also didn't have to do with elements of Jewish culture or tradition, which I have always found intriguing, being the good catholic-born agnostic that I am.
This Jewish sweety didn't teach me about politics, the theatre or music, though we discussed all three over dinner. In fact, what she taught me wasn't general in nature, no, in fact it was quite culturally specific, or at least I think it was.
This lovely and sexy Jewish sweety taught me something that night that I will remember for a long time to come. It's something that I find inspirational and will probably affect my decision making in the future, especially when it comes to dating.
She taught me that Jewish girls are hot, fun and exciting and I should try dating more of them. Now that's a lesson you won't learn in any book.
