Horny Matches seems to be a very popular site. It certainly gets some rather heavy traffic. I suppose I can't try to debate the veracity of its visitor stats. We get those from an independent traffic-ranking site. However, when I signed up, I was still surprised to see that there were at well over 100,000 members online at that exact time.

Before you begin your profile it tells you some things straightaway. First, definitely counting in its favor, all member descriptions are manually verified. It's done by human hands somewhere. Secondly, it makes no guarantee regarding your dating success, nor does it even attest to the authenticity of its member profiles. The last part sounds a lot as if they're covering their asses. At least the site is honest and direct about it.

It may sound paranoid. However, if I find the popularity of Horny Match suspect, it's only because it's such a simple site. There is only one method of contact: email and it's limited to paying members. Free members can send a wink to a premium subscriber in hopes of receiving a reply with offsite contact info. However, there are no chat rooms. There isn't even instant messaging.

You also need to pay to display your hot list. Nevertheless, what does come free, at least in the beginning, are extensive search and browsing options. These are supposedly restricted at some point. However, I'm not sure what the limit is. There is no separate page for a basic search and no grayed-out premium search sections. Therefore, as I explain later on in my conclusion, it is unclear what happens if you don't upgrade.

A local search can only be narrowed down to 30 miles. However, last login details and complete profile information are searchable. You can search them using a series of checkboxes or a keyword feature. You also have an online matchmaking option called Cupid. It has similarly detailed options to make your results more accurate. There is an email version that sends varying numbers of matches to you depending on your membership level.

One thing that I found unclear was what the benefits are to signing up to the highest level of membership, but I know that your profile appears first in search results. When I read the access grid for the various features of the site, many of the premium options, such as detailed searches, work free for me. Maybe, as is marked beside viewing profiles, the feature comes with restrictions. No maximum limits are listed, though. When the premium services will stop working without paying is unclear.

Horny Matches seems expensive and has so few contact options. However, it does seem to have an unbelievably active membership base.

This website is a complete sham. I admit, I got scammed. I get tons of winks when I m not an active memeber, but as soon as I pay, I get no responses from these women who have been winking at me for so long. Funny how I send a wink, then get nothing but a wink back. Stay away from this BS website !

I agree with you all. After two weeks I became a Gold Member, wrote a full profile (to date the only one I read ), posted 3 pix. Still rated 0, hotlisted by ! Waste of time n money? One attractive articulate lady, the right profile, contacted me, sent pictures + gmail, plans to visit me from CA. I m in QC. Somewhere some people must have Fun. And I paid for 4 months.

I ve met 3 fantastic women from this site.Sure..there are a lot of fake profiles and you always get hit on by the young lesbian couple but after a while you learn which ones are real and which ones are fake.Be honest and friendly on your profile.a primary picture of your dick can actually be a BIG turnoff to a lot of the women.

Not much to add. I joined knowing it would probably end up just being entertainment. I ve noticed HM salts their profiles of hot women in little towns so you will think there is one near you. One is supposed to be in a little spot in the road near me complete with pictures. No way!

i was dumb enough to believe this site was different than the others. it is filled with fake profiles. i have sent over 100 emails and have had only two repsonses.this site is a scam dont waste your money. i have even seen women from this site say they are from CA then see them on another site and they are in a different state..SCAM!!!!!
