Russian Euro seems a much more natural and popular method to meet a marriage-minded partner from the other side of the globe. There's less of that uneasy feeling of shopping for a spouse in an online store. It's like most other online dating sites. It does have its niche, though, and tries to connect you with women from Eastern Europe, of course. It also offers automatic translation software for its highest level of subscribers.

The signup process at RussianEuro.com is rather standard. There is a field asking your fluency in Russian. Otherwise, you need to provide the usual information. There are dropdown menus describing your appearance, nationality and occupation. You must write an essay about yourself, and there's one required about your ideal match, too. The rest of the pages can be skipped though. They have dropdown choices regarding your match, and resulting profiles provide a decent amount of detail.

As I mentioned in the intro, there are automatic translations provided. They might not be apparent before upgrading. You'd need to choose the most expensive monthly rate. I discovered them by reading the advantages of upgrading. A little demo makes it seem simple. You select your language preference and click the "translate" button. It's a translation program doing the work rather than a human. Still, because most sites charge per message for human translations, RussianEuro.com would certainly save you some money at least.

You might decide on the less expensive membership. You can still communicate with other members, but you won't have the benefit of instant translations. There's instant messaging, chat rooms and email. Your messages won't be able to include recorded video, though. You also won’t have access to the video introductions some folks have added to their profiles, but there aren't many intro videos anyway. At any rate, free members can respond to any paid subscriber's message. That helps everyone's chances of meeting someone on this site.

Now, there is a downside to RussianEuro. It isn't so bad considering its intended use. The search engine has no truly localized results. You can merely search by country, state or province, and some select major cities. There is no zip or postal code required when creating a profile, so you can use them to search. It would be a real catching point on a local web personals site, but given the global span of this one, it seems less important.

I appreciate its more personalized approach to finding a marriage abroad. It feels like true interaction. It's not home to impersonal business-like transactions. You get all the features of a regular online dating site. Pay more and you get language translations, too. Russian Euro is an inexpensive alternative to traditional foreign matchmaking services.

I JOINED THIS SITE FOR THREE MONTHS. I DID MEET A LOT OF REAL WOMEN ON THIS SITE THRU SKYPE, 1 OF THE GIRLS FROM THIS SITE I MET CAME TO USA ON WORK VISA I LET HER STAY AT MY HOUSE, WE WERE FRIENDS. BUT I ALSO SEE PICS OF CELEBRITIES ON THIS SITE. SO BE CAREFUL

I just joined for free. I have not yet paid for a membership, but will soon.I dont have a picture up yet until I can borrow a digital camera.I already have 3 nice women interested in what I have said about myself.Also one has contacted me , she sent pictures and we have sent e-mails back and forth.Very nice old fashioned down to earth women.They seem ready to meet a caring man,with no games.

Set up a dummy mail account, and if you don t know how, check the originating IP on any mails you get. I led a merry dance with three women all using the same IP in Canda who all claimed to be from different corners of Russia :)
