After signing up I have been unable to access my account. They were quick to take my cr card info and charge my card, but cannot get any info. Several e-mails to customer service have resulted in nothing . After attempting to join a second time, was told my e-mail is already in the data base. Still can t get on. Don t know if its a scam or just gross incompetence.

Senior friendfinder is a website with only about 500.000 members, unpaid/paid. the site is phising information about you. I will not recommandate to nobody

Their Customer Service has alot to be desired...PHILIPINOS WHO LIE ABOUT BEING IN PALO ALTO.. You have to exchange 2 messages before you are allowed to give personal contact info or you will be SUSPENDED! SUSPENSION CAN BE PERMANENT OR FOR 48 HOURS! DO NOT PURCHASE A 6 MONTH OR YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION...YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE IT IF SUSPENDED... VERY HEAVY HANDED !!!

im having difficulty accessing my account after not viewing it for a couple of days. i was told i have 2 emails,but cannot gain access to them. why?
